A Japanese gaming company wanted to evaluate the indoor gaming center market in India before making a strategic entry decision. They needed ground-level intelligence on how Indian arcade centers operate, which international IPs are performing well, and facility quality across major cities. No reliable secondary data existed for India's fragmented arcade market.
Jindoxx deployed local coordinators across Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai simultaneously. Each of 31 facilities was visited and documented: store layout, machine types, international IPs in use, pricing structure, estimated footfall, peak hours, and photo documentation. Data was compiled in client-provided Excel/PPT template with bilingual summary for Japanese stakeholders.
Client received actionable ground-level intelligence on 31 facilities across 4 Indian cities. Key findings helped the client understand which cities have mature arcade markets, identify gaps where international IP products are underrepresented, and make informed decisions about potential India market entry.
